1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and 55rr ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the 55rr website, mobile application, or any of its services, you agree unconditionally to these Terms. If you are accessing this platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement. All three documents together govern your use of 55rr.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 55rr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering on 55rr.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by law.
• You must open your 55rr account in your own name and provide accurate, truthful personal information. Operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 55rr. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using alternate identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances. During registration and at any subsequent point, 55rr may request identity verification (KYC) documents including but not limited to:

• A valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport issued in Bangladesh.
• Proof of address: a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your registered address.
• Source of funds documentation if account activity exceeds defined thresholds.
• A photograph or selfie alongside your identity document may be requested as part of enhanced verification.

55rr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe. Funds held in an unverified account may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. We take our commitment to preventing underage gambling and financial fraud extremely seriously.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

55rr supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of locally trusted payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major card networks. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players should be aware of the following deposit and withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment account that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• 55rr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

All deposits made to 55rr must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Deposited funds that have not met this minimum play-through requirement will not be eligible for withdrawal. This rule applies independently of any bonus wagering requirements and is designed to prevent the use of 55rr as a fund-transfer mechanism.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

55rr offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. General rules governing all bonuses include:

• Welcome bonuses and free spins are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Any attempt to claim it multiple times through new accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• 55rr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including any bonus already credited to a player's account, where 55rr has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or violation of these Terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet the minimum deposit requirement for further bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion's terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 55rr. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, including through the use of aliases, false identities, or family members' credentials.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 55rr's games, betting markets, or promotional systems in a manner not available to a standard human player.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or engage in any form of match-fixing or arbitrage betting that undermines the integrity of 55rr's platform.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that derive from any illegal or unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical glitches on the 55rr platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors are void and will be reclaimed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 55rr platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall look and feel of the site — is the exclusive property of 55rr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of 55rr's content without prior written permission from 55rr. Any unauthorised use of 55rr's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55rr, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 55rr platform or its content.

55rr does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or secure basis at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party outages may affect service availability. 55rr's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

55rr is committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is necessary to provide our services, fulfil legal obligations, and prevent fraud. 10. Responsible Gaming

55rr is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all players. Gambling should always remain a source of entertainment and never a financial necessity. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their accounts. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Your continued use of the 55rr platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 55rr, we encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. 55rr aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process.
